Delivery is digital. We send the files to you, so you can present them as you like. We don’t ship printed books or boxes.
Timing: tell us the date first
In the free review form, choose the occasion and the date you need it by. We confirm whether the date is feasible in your written plan, before you pay. Typical delivery is 7–10, 10–15 or 15–20 business days depending on the package, counted from the research start date.
- Tell us about the person. A name, approximate dates and places, and anything the family remembers.
- Receive the plan. Scope, price and a delivery date we can commit to.
- Give the story. We deliver the files to you before the date in your plan.

Can the research stay a surprise?
Yes. We correspond only with you. If you need information only a relative knows, it’s up to you whether and how to ask.
What if we don’t know much about the ancestor?
A name and an approximate place or year is often enough to check. If the online records can’t support a project, we tell you in the free review and you pay nothing.
Which package is best for a gift?
Ancestor Story usually fits a gift best: a short narrative of one person or couple with a keepsake. Ancestor Discovery suits a single question; Family Chapter suits a whole family line.
Is anything printed or shipped?
No. You receive print-ready PDF files, so you can print them at home or at a local print shop.
