What we do, and what we don’t
We work with online record collections only: censuses, vital records, military and immigration records, newspapers and published histories that can be consulted online. We don’t visit archives, offer DNA analysis or research living people, and we don’t present our reports as legal documentation.
How every case is checked
Every fact has a source
Each statement in a report is linked to the record it comes from. We say whether we read the original image or only an index.
Identity is argued, not assumed
When we connect two records to one person, we show the names, dates, places and relatives that agree, and what doesn’t.
Uncertainty stays visible
Conflicts, gaps and names we excluded are listed in the report. We don’t fill gaps with invention or promise particular answers.

Tell us a name and what you know. We check the online records and send a written plan with a fixed price before you pay anything.
